This fun class is designed to explore the newest trend in cooking- UPSIDE DOWN COOKING! Using sheet pans, we put our ingredients down first (including seasonings and sauces) then top with a sheet of puff pastry or similar dough. After baking we FLIP the pan over onto another pan to yield our crispy and delicious creation. Our culinary exploration will include 2 AMAZING recipes: Upside Down Chicken Parm Pie and Upside Down Cheesy Potato Pie. They’re so good you’ll want to make these “pies” over and over again!
In this class, basic cooking and knife techniques will be taught as well as kitchen safety and Mis-en-Place.
Please bring take-home containers for leftovers. Don't forget an apron!
$25 materials fee payable to teacher at class.
