In this class we’ll explore two recipes that include nature’s natural sweetener, honey. First, we’ll learn how to bake a moist and sweet HONEY CAKE. For a great dessert, it can’t be beat plain, with whipped cream, or with vanilla ice cream. We’ll also learn how to make Crispy Coated Cauliflower Florets with Hot Honey Dipping Sauce. These easy to make, lightly fried & spicy treats might just become your favorite quick snack or party hors d’oeuvre.
In this class, basic cooking and knife techniques will be taught as well as kitchen safety and Mis-en-Place.
Please bring take-home containers for leftovers. Don't forget an apron!
