Bring a spark to your next charcuterie board or favorite bowl of soup with homemade crackers! We’ll make 2 types of crackers! The dough for both is better when made in advance. One is a cheddar cheese round cracker. The dough is formed into a log, then sliced and baked. The other is a basic dough and you can add your favorite “flavors”, such as sesame or “everything bagel” or just a simple sprinkle of salt on top! It can be made with sourdough discard (bring 1 c/227 grams, if you have it), but discard is not required. Bring a cookie sheet or other container to take your dough home. We will be sampling fresh baked crackers! $15 Materials fee to instructor.
