The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) has dedicated itself to providing the finest culinary training in the world for over 60 years. Located in St. Andrew-on-Hudson in Hyde Park, NY, the CIA has a student body of over 1900, representing every state and many foreign countries. Enjoy a full course luncheon at the CIA’s American Bounty Restaurant, a casually elegant farm-to-table experience. Menu*: First course: Chopped Salad, Main Course: Roasted Pork Loin, Dessert: Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee. Following lunch, go behind the scenes of the CIA and get an inside look into the world of food education. Participate in an interactive demonstration where you’ll explore the science of taste. You’ll also have time to browse the bakery and abundant gift shop. Trip includes: motor coach, CIA Experience, lunch, tour director and gratuities.
