This 40 minute early morning class combines elements of Barre and bootcamp-style fitness for a strength based total body workout. Workout once or twice a week.
Equipment needed: hand weights, a mat and a chair.
Register: Choose Mondays or Wednesdays, or opt to register for both sessions: 6:10 - 6:50 a.m.
