Basic cooking and knife techniques will be taught as well as kitchen safety and Mis-en-Place.
There will be sampling in class, but please bring take-home containers for leftovers. Don't forget your apron!
Holidays are a busy time, filled with friends & family and lots to do. Casseroles are the perfect answer to feeding everyone at any time - they are easy to make and beautiful to look at and have even earned a place on the holiday buffet table! In class we’ll be making two totally vegan casseroles that everyone, vegan or not, will surely enjoy: Vegan Spinach & Artichoke Casserole and a “Dump & Bake” Vegan Sweet Potato Rosemary Casserole. Please join us to make these healthy, plant-based dishes.
