Basic cooking and knife techniques will be taught as well as kitchen safety and Mis-en-Place.
There will be sampling in class, but please bring take-home containers for leftovers. Don't forget your apron!
Make your holiday entertaining a blast with the easy yet delicious hors d’oeuvres we’ll be making in this class! First, we’ll make the “traditional but with a twist” Ricotta & Roasted Grape Crostini followed by the more “fun & trendy” Meatball Sub on a Stick! Bring either of these to a party and you’ll surely be “the guest with the BEST!” We look forward to seeing you in class! $25 materials fee payable to teacher at class.
