             Basic cooking and knife techniques will be taught as well as kitchen safety and Mis-en-Place.

There will be sampling in class, but please bring take-home containers for leftovers. Don't forget your apron! 



Bar cookies have long been the unsung heroes of the cookie world- offering many benefits over individual cookies: they’re less labor intensive, can consist of different & intriguing layers of flavor, and they offer a more sophisticated visual presentation. In this class we’ll explore two intriguing & delicious bar cookie recipes: Pineapple Bliss Bars and Oatmeal Fudge Bar Cookies. Come make these fantastic bar cookies with us!
