             Basic cooking and knife techniques will be taught as well as kitchen safety and Mis-en-Place.

There will be sampling in class, but please bring take-home containers for leftovers. Don't forget your apron!

 

Come make two fun and easy breakfast treats that are sure to be a welcome addition to your breakfast menu. You’ll never wonder again what to make for breakfast - or a weekend brunch! We’ll make Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Muffins and Cinnamon French Toast Roll Ups. Add some coffee, juice, and fresh fruit and you’ll have the beginnings of a great day!         $25 materials fee payable to teacher at class.
