           Basic cooking and knife techniques will be taught as well as kitchen safety and Mis-en-Place.

There will be sampling in class, but please bring take-home containers for leftovers. Don't forget your apron! 



As the Autumn nights get colder, nothing beats a nice hearty soup with bread and a salad for dinner. Make these soups ahead and heat them up for those busy school nights or after holiday shopping. In this class we’ll make two delicious, healthy, and filling soups: Ham & Corn Chowder with Potato and Couscous Chicken Soup. Both of these are sure to warm your heart, and your tummy!      $25 materials fee payable to teacher at class.
