This camp is open to all incoming and returning athletes as well as individuals looking to be physically challenged in a conditioning-type setting.
Students will train each morning during our week-long sessions in a variety of physical activities ranging from distance running, sprinting, plyometrics, and changes of direction to abdominal and lower body strengthening exercises.
We will also discuss the mental/emotional aspects of being an athlete. This is an opportunity to give students a taste of what being a GHS athlete is all about!
