Enjoy fresh hot cross buns almost any weekend morning with this enriched yeast dough. The dough is flavored with warm spices, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, and studded with dried fruit. You can easily change up the spices and use a mixture of dried fruits to make them your own family tradition. We will prepare the dough in class, it will slowly rise overnight in your refrigerator and then baked off the following day. A batch of the rolls will be baked fresh during class for all to try. Note: Please bring a 10 inch square or 9x13 inch pan to class to carry your dough home
