DRAFT THAT POEM YOU’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO WRITE 2 Meetings, March 4 & 18
Poetry can be intimidating. It doesn’t have to be. The truth is we all want to write something that touches someone else. Great poems really hit us, and others we carry around us with us. How is this done? Together we’ll examine a few poems, and some strategies to get ahold of your reader: the major one use of images. We will draft a poem together, and participants will leave with one complete poem.
