The moon is our closest neighboring world. You can see it nearly every night. But, how much do you know about the moon? Come learn about its formation, geology, and geography, and how to find its most prominent features with a telescope, binoculars, or even just your eyes. The history of moon observation will also be covered. Next we’ll move farther out to explore the other fascinating moons of our solar system, including the Galilean moons of Jupiter and the unique moons of Saturn, Neptune, and Uranus.
