This class is tailored for those looking to enrich their vegan meals with high-protein plant-based ingredients. It will cover how to creatively incorporate tofu, tempeh, lentils, and beans into a variety of dishes. The class will also provide tips on seasoning and cooking techniques to enhance flavors and textures, ensuring that each protein-packed meal is both nutritious and delicious. We will be making Lentil Beet Burgers, seasoned with a blend of herbs that highlight the natural flavors of beets and lentils, and also a Smoky Tempeh Wrap. This soft warm wrap will be filled with richly marinated tempeh, a tantalizing spice blend, and crisp, fresh vegetables and a creamy, tangy sauce for the perfect balance of textures and flavors.       

$20 Materials fee included
