Learn all you need to know to start your own sourdough baking! Come learn how to shape, score and make a loaf, then make your own dough and practice some dough stretches and folds. You will take your bread home to give it time to rise, and then bake it the following day! You will also learn about the upkeep and feedings of starter and receive some active starter to take home (included in materials fee). Our teacher will also share her favorite recipes, along with tips on optional equipment! Please bring a mixing bowl to class to transport your bread.
