The Glastonbury High School athletic department offers competition on the freshman, junior varsity and varsity level. GHS Students who meet the academic and medical requirements of the Glastonbury Public Schools, as well as those of the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference (C.I.A.C.) are eligible to try-out and participate in these programs if selected.
The season begins on December 2nd (exception: girls basketball which begins November 25th) and commences with the close of the state tournament on or about March 15, 2014. Practices and contests are held Monday through Friday, some Saturdays and during the December and February breaks.
Practice schedules and game schedules will be posted on the team websites located on the district web portal.
