This class will explore several completely different types of Italian breads like a savory flatbread with fresh herbs, chewy rustic loaves, and an enriched holiday bread you are sure to enjoy. The instructor will share proven recipes and techniques from his own book "Bread Class Recipes." This is a participation type course for both begin-ners and experienced bread makers, and each student will take home bread fresh-from-the-oven. $12 materials fee payable to instructor
