This class will make wonderful fresh-made pretzels... those big ones with coarse sea salt like you get at country fairs and street vendors. Using a proven recipe and techniques, you will learn how to make the dough, shape the pretzels, and then boil and bake them just like they do in Bavaria. We guarantee you'll have fun! This is a participation-type class; each student will take home a batch of warm pretzels fresh-from-the-oven. $3 materials fee payable to instructor.
