Visible light isn’t the only way of seeing the night sky. There’s a whole spectrum of light mostly invisible to the human eye. In this class we will learn about the different wavelengths of light along the spectrum from radio and microwaves all the way to Xrays and gamma rays and see how astronomers use special telescopes to peer into these wavelengths to reveal new details about our universe.
