Do you know that a healthy diet can help reduce pain and inflammation levels in the body? If you suffer from any kind of arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis) or any other condition that causes pain and inflammation, avoiding inflammatory foods can help you to reduce your pain. You also need to increase your intake of anti-inflammatory foods. These topics will be covered by our instructor, who will also share her personal story of how food helped her overcome the pain and disability of Rheumatoid Arthritis. She is an excellent cook, and will also demonstrate how to make an anti-inflammatory, nutrient dense soup in an Instant Pot. The soup will be served after class, or bring a container to take it home.  $15 materials fee included in registration fee.

She teaches how nutrition and diet can affect overall wellness including pain and inflammation relief and she specializes in the management of autoimmune conditions and healthy weight loss.
