This new course will take you on whirlwind tour of Scandinavian breads for a lot less dough than your travel agent! Each week we will visit a
different country and explore the diversity that makes this course so much fun. Examples might include a multigrain polarbr d Finnish cardamom
braid, Danish havrebr d (oatmeal bread), or vort limpa (dark orange rye). This is a participation type course; each student will take home
a loaf of bread or batch of goodies fresh-from-the-oven. We guarantee you'll have fun on this trip, and you won't even need a passport!
