This class features Tyler Florence's Ultimate Beef Stew with a video guest appearance! Tyler's fantastic recipe includes a few secret ingredients that will surprise you. We'll also make James Beard's famous Cream Biscuits to accompany the stew. If that weren t enough, we'll finish with Emeril Lagase's Lemon & Blueberry Bread Pudding for dessert! We'll reinforce professional techniques with demos followed by hands-on cooking. Come alone or with a friend to share the fun. You will have the option to take your dinner home to enjoy the next day. $10 materials fee payable to instructor.
