A SECOND CLASS HAS BEING ADDED! MAY 8. Please waitlist yourself if the class you can attend is full This class will focus on filled pasta and assorted fillings and sauces to match. You will learn (from an Italian chef) how to make pasta dough from scratch and then how to roll, cut, and fill it making ravioli and tortellini. We ll also make fresh crepes and fill them to make manicotti, and cover sauces specifically paired with the filled pasta types made in class. This class will feature both presentations and hands-on cooking. $10 materials fee payable to instructor.
