This class will explore a selection of completely different types and shapes of French breads from boules to baguettes and more! You will also learn how to use a "preferment" to create more complex flavors and textures. This is a participation type course for both beginners and experienced bread makers, and each student will take home a loaf of bread or batch of rolls fresh-from-the-oven.
$15 materials fee is payable to the instructor.
